House Beautiful’s 5 Best Rooms with Designer Rugs in December 2016

House Beautiful’s December 2016 issue seems to align with the latest Elle Decor and Veranda in focusing on richly colored traditional interiors adorned by gorgeous oriental rugs. The rugs this time are in gold, green and red and create just the right atmosphere in Charlotte Moss’s Manhattan townhouse and in the “reclaimed barn” look of the sophisticated year round getaway in North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains designed by architect James Carter and interior designer Jane Hawkins Hoke. I hope you enjoy House Beautiful’s five best interiors in December 2016.
